Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, the following steps are taken by our team to get your product into your hands as soon as possible:

1. Allow for 1 day for your order to be processed by our team. This includes packaging the order with care, and placing the order to be collected by a courier company.
2. Our team will submit the shipping request so that the product can be collected by a courier company. This can take up to 1 day for the courier company to collect the parcel. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirmation.
   
3. Standard Shipping will be applied. All shipping is FREE over R1200. This is a normal shipping method that goes through the general shipping methods.
   1. Central Area: between 3-4 business days.
   2. Regional Area: between 4-5 business days.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Depending on where you are situated within the country, shipping times will vary.

"Central areas" refer to areas within a major metropolitan city where there are a high concentration of deliveries, whereas a "regional area" refers to a less populated, outlying area that may require longer delivery times. A central area is considered the core delivery zone with faster service compared to the more dispersed regional areas. Central areas within South Africa include Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
