Shipping
We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping for R80 and Express Shipping for R120.
During weekdays, Monday-Friday, courier services will be available to collect your order.
Express Shipping: A priority shipping method to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
- Central Area: 2–3 business days
- Regional Area: 3–4 business days
Standard Shipping: A regular shipping method through general delivery channels.
- Central Area: 3–4 business days
- Regional Area: 4–5 business days

Returns & Exchanges
- Log into your account by navigating to your account. Enter your email address that you used to purchase your order and we will submit an OTP.
- Navigate to your order that you would like to return and select "request return".
- Select a reason and add any additional notes that you would like to add.
- The return request will be evaluated by our team.
- Once approved, a waybill will be created to be collected from the address that you received your product. Note that you will not be charged for the courier service return cost.
Follow the steps in the return process above. Once the return is accepted, store credit will be applied to your account. Use the credit towards your next purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, all refunds will be done in store credit to the value of the items refunded.

Ordering and Payments
We accept credit card payments via Visa and MasterCard through PayFast. You can also choose PayFast Instant EFT for bank transfers or use Zapper for quick and easy payments.
