Refund policy
At MJ Active, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
Returns
Returns on SALE items are not free. This requires customers to submit the return via couriers and provide us with the waybill order once the return has been accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the return steps outlined below to initiate the process. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
- Log into your account on our website.
- Enter the email address used to make the purchase. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your email for verification.
- Navigate to the order you wish to return and select "Request Return."
- Choose a reason for the return and include any additional notes if necessary.
- Once your request is submitted, our team will create a waybill. The courier will collect the item from the same address where the product was delivered. You will not be charged for the courier return cost.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
Our team will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale items or discounted items: All items marked as discounted or on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Gift cards and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns or exchanges; however, refunds or store credits will reflect the discounted value of the product.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or product, the fastest way to proceed is:
- Request a return for the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit. We do not process cash or credit card refunds.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request:
- If approved, a store credit will be issued and can be used toward future purchases.
- If declined, you will not receive store credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at help@mjactive.co.za.
